In The Works

Now that a couple months have passed, we felt it’s time we shed some light on what we’re up to. Projects that are in the works or about ready to undergo construction:

  • A renovation and expansion of a historic structure in the Old Northside neighborhood in Indianapolis, with hopes of bringing a restaurant tenant to the space. You can check out the press release for this project here at the IBJ. The owner hopes to be breaking ground yet this year on the expansion, weather-dependent of course.

  • Renovations in design for departments at Delta Faucet Company’s headquarters, located in Carmel, IN.

  • Expansion of a downtown butchery and deli in the historic Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis. Stay tuned - this project is coming very soon.

  • Renovation of a historic Cadillac assembly building in Cleveland, OH into interior climate-controlled self-storage. This project is going through the local approval processes now (in fact, we are presenting this Thursday to the Design Review Committee), and our client really takes care of the properties they acquire and are very careful in their approach to stabilize a property.

  • Planning for redeveloping a large parcel into a mix of interior self-storage and retail outlots, located in a Cleveland suburb.

  • Renovation of a warehouse adjacent to the 16Tech development on the northwest edge of downtown Indianapolis into corporate office space.

  • Multiple residential projects - additions, renovations, and new construction for both detached single-family homes as well as condominiums.

As you can see, we have our hands in self-storage projects, restaurant, retail, office and commercial, and residential in and around Indianapolis, Carmel, and Cleveland. If you’re curious on where we work, contact us here and let’s have a conversation.

We're Open

On October 1, 2018, we opened the doors to Progress Studio. I decided to set up the firm to be 100% mobile, which allows us to work from anywhere on the planet with an internet connection. My desire has been to continue to find new and exciting ways to serve clients through the use of technology and communication. We’re using the latest releases of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Revit Live, ReCap Pro, SketchUp, Photoshop and others to deliver to our clients what the big firms are offering, but with a higher level of access and cost-effective fee structures.

I want to personally thank all my mentors and employers that have led me along this journey, for it is they that this all would not be possible. Perhaps we’ll all collaborate in the future, but truly I want to thank each and every one of you.
