InSite Art Consultants needed a future home for their expanding custom-framed art business and wanted to find a property they could own and manage for themselves, which would also give them the opportunity to accommodate future growth.

Project Goals
The project goal was to convert a former bank into a space to accommodate a showroom and design studio, offices and support spaces, display areas, and the addition of a production wing. The desire was to modernize the facility while maintaining a strict budget for the overall project and to maximize future flexibility while preserving the design aesthetic that InSite Art Consultants desired.

Our Solutions
Progress Studio and InSite Art Consultants worked closely with consultants and contractors to first find a solution to expand the facility to accommodate the production needs, being as efficient with the design and budget as possible. Interior Design in collaboration with Insite Art Consultants led to developing a theme reminiscent of the mid-century era with color and wood tones while maintaining the original terrazzo floor. Combined with virtual tours during design, InSite Art Consultants took their design a step further and did much of the interior design and sourcing on their own with a timeless and attractive result.
